The British artist Antony Gormley has created a stunning installation in the landscape of the alpine mountains, which is most impressive during the winter.
Horizon Field
The art project Horizon Field is composed of 100 life-sized castings of the human body and is made of cast iron. The figures are installed on top of the mountains of Vorarlberg on an area of 150 square meters. In the winter time you can visit the art project on the Diedamskopf and in Warth. The exhibition will can be visited until April 2012 and should not be missed.
Different lighting conditions and reflexions in the snow always create new impressions of the figures which weigh 640kg. Witness the unique pieces of art in the mountains.
