Our chefs at the Hotel Post Bezau love classic Austrian cuisine and are adept at mixing this expertly with a little Mediterranean influence. Our Sommelier Fritz Szummer is very fond of red cuvees, particularly those from Burgenland in Eastern Austria. Our beautiful, romantic wine cellar is kept in fine wood and is anything but a dank cavern. It’s more like a modern treasure chest and can be hired for romantic dinners, wine tasting and small celebratory events.
