A balanced and natural diet is one of the central pillars of our holistic approach at POST BEZAU. That is why we attach great importance to high-quality, regional products that are carefully selected and processed.
At POST BEZAU, our guests can choose between two culinary styles: POST BEZAU Cuisine, an indulgent, creative cuisine, and POST BEZAU Detox Cuisine, a reduced, consciously composed variant. We invite our guests to consciously choose the cuisine that suits their personal goals and well-being.
The gourmet kitchen
A small and delicious breakfast buffet provides a good start to the day. In addition to the buffet, you also have the option of ordering other dishes such as egg dishes, warm muesli, or seasonally changing dishes from our breakfast menu. In the early afternoon, a snack with a small selection of dishes awaits you before you can enjoy the specially created menu from our kitchen team in the evening.
Important information at a glance
A small but fine and special breakfast buffet with a fresh juice bar and large tea station awaits you. We also delight you with freshly cooked breakfast dishes à la carte every day. This combination of a small buffet and a breakfast menu reduces food waste. Local products, for example fruit, ensure regionality.
Light lunchtime snack – different every day. Either fresh bowls with rice or salads and a warm main course. Perfect for in-between meals.
In the evening, you can choose from a 4-course gourmet menu with starter and main course. Whether with fish or meat, vegetarian, or vegan – our restaurant team serves to the highest standards. Good wines from the Post cellar round off the offer.
Reduced for detoxification
The natural diversity of the Bregenzerwald inspires every dish in the Detox Cuisine. Detox Cuisine was developed on the basis of traditional Chinese medicine to support the detoxification of organs such as the liver, kidneys and skin during the cure. A harmonised detox menu awaits you in the morning, at lunchtime and in the evening. A freshly squeezed juice at our juice bar in the afternoon provides additional energy in between.

The detox breakfast menu consists of a vegetable broth, a vegetarian main course, chia or basil seed pudding, and a freshly squeezed vegetable juice.
The detox lunch menu includes a soup or stew and a vegetarian main course.
For refreshment in the afternoon, you can enjoy a freshly squeezed fruit and vegetable juice with linseed oil at the Juice Bar.
In the evening we serve you a vegetarian main course and a soup.

In our Weight Management Cuisine, a calorie-reduced diet helps to boost the metabolism, successfully break down fat and thus lose weight healthily and in the long term. At the same time, the body is protected from hyperacidity and harmful substances and still supplied with sufficient vital nutrients. A personalised menu awaits you in the morning, at lunchtime and in the evening. A freshly squeezed juice at our Juice Bar in the afternoon provides the necessary energy in between.
