Our "walks" are about attentive walking with rhythmic and conscious breathing and a well-defined goal. The metabolism is stimulated, strengthened and regenerated. The effectiveness of the various "walks" is based on the combination of the breath and pacing rhythm and simple yoga exercises.
Examination of the posture
The bodycheck shows that the elasticity of the fascia functions as a link between the muscles, the tendons and the skin and is directly dependent on the posture. The aim is to engage in dialogue with the body to avoid blockages and to keep the body healthy with mindfulness, targeted exercises and fascial stretching.
The approach of my bodycheck - both in the myofascial body coaching, as well as in training, is to detect and dissolve bad postures of the body.
