Trails in the Bregenzerwald
Thanks to its location in a Bregenzerwald valley, Bezau is the ideal place for cross-country skiing and ice-skating in Vorarlberg in the winter. A shared cross-country trail concept for Bezau, Bizau and Reuthe offers you 20 km of connected trails. And if that still isn’t enough, there are a further 200 kilometres of trails available in the Bregenzerwald.
Tracks in the snow
Whether on prepared trails with winter shoes or off-trail with special snowshoes: you’ll find the silence you’re looking for with every step while winter hiking in the Bregenzerwald. Guided snowshoe hikes are offered seven days a week in Bezau and the surrounding municipalities.
Tobogganing is fun at any age. You’ll find a natural toboggan run just a 5-minute walk from the hotel. The illuminated run is open daily until 11pm or you can ride the Bezau cable car as far as Baumgarten and take the 3 km-long natural toboggan run down to neighbouring Sonderdach.
