The TCM Detox Cuisine combines health with culinary indulgence. Recipes are based on a selection of nutritional ingredients form each food group, while equally taking into account the glycemic index. The alkaline, vegetarian dishes can be complemented with fish and meat depending on your plan.
A healthy Start
For breakfast, we offer you easily digestible dishes such as warm cereal, vegetable broth and green smoothies. Specialty teas and ginger water help to support the detoxification processes.
The goal during this modern detox programme is to maintain the ideal acid-base balance for the body. To achieve this, lunch consists of, for example, sweet potato soup, white quinoa patties with braised tomatoes, snap peas and argan oil.

At the end of the day, dinner, like lunch, is based on a balanced selection of carbohydrates, fats and proteins. Important tips for success your detox are: 3 meals a day at intervals of approximately 4 to 5 hours, drinking 2 to 3 litres of fluids per day, frequent and thorough chewing of food for salivary gland activation.
