The connection

In coaching we connect body, mind and nature and ask important questions: Where am I in my life? What’s important to me? Which resources do I want to strengthen? Through a variety of activities, our coach Fritz Prengel will build up your sense of self-responsibility and relationship to yourself. The goal: to encourage you to live in the here and now, to learn to feel what is good for you at this very moment. Fritz creates space and gives you the opportunity to practice self-reflection, self-connection and mindfulness.

Detox Cuisine

The detox cuisine at the Hotel Post Bezau by Susanne Kaufmann is a form of enjoyable detoxification and purification of the whole body. During the detox retreat, you take three warm meals a day, based on balanced nutrients, which support the body's detoxification.


Claudia has been accompanying us and our guests at Hotel Post Bezau for over 6 years. We’re delighted to have her along as yoga instructor for our new Mindset Retreat. For this retreat she has specially developed a combination of Yin Yoga, Restorative Yoga and a yoga-therapeutic approach. Both mindful and simultaneously powerful, her sessions are supported by specific breath work through Pranayama Yoga. Her sessions work equally on the body, mind and mindset.

Margot Fuchs


As a certified herbalist, Margot processes local plants and herbs into incense blends with a range of focuses. In our Mindset Retreat, Margot shows how certain plants can support a healthy mind. Mental cleansing through incense is a fundamental building block of our holistic approach.
