Mental well-being is becoming increasingly relevant in times of multiple crises and a society that is becoming ever faster and more complex. Many people feel stressed and overworked. Major transformations are needed to change this at a societal level. As a hotel, we can only make a small contribution to this. At POST BEZAU, we see it as our role to draw attention to these issues – and to offer you a place to reflect and recharge your batteries on an individual level. With our Mental Health Retreat, we have developed a programme that is entirely dedicated to the topic of mental health. Together with various experts, we will show you tools that can strengthen your mental health and, ideally, that you can integrate into your everyday life.

Fritz Prengel – Certified Integral Coach and Mindfulness Trainer

Claudia Jochum-Breuß – Certified yoga therapist and "Breath to Heal" breathing trainer

Time for mental strength. «Disconnect to re-connect»

One essential part of the retreat is the personal work with a mental health coach. Fritz Prengel will use recognised methods and knowledge to talk about the topics of personal responsibility, the relationship with oneself, and resilience. Together, you will create a trusting framework for mindful self-reflection by asking important questions such as: ‘Where am I in my life? What is important to me? What do I want to change? What resources do I have?’ The aim is to face yourself authentically, recognise patterns, and experience mental clarity and strength.

This valuable mental work is supported by Claudia Jochum-Breuß. With her many years of experience, Claudia will introduce you to various physical practices and effective breathing exercises. Physical exertion has been proven to promote mental calm.

The mind and body benefit from this combination of mental and physical work at the same time – in the spirit of "a healthy mind lives in a healthy body".

Nature follows its natural rhythm with the seasons. The human biorhythm also adapts and so we will organise our mental health retreats with a different focus depending on the time. Consciously take time out of your everyday life to experience a holistic sense of well-being with physical balance and mental strength – tailored to your individual needs.
