Tennis is a highly effective sport for strengthening the entire body, from legs to arms to upper body. Fast sprints and jumps improve coordination and stamina, abrupt decelerations develop the leg musculature, while correct striking of the ball trains arms, shoulders and back. Adopting the right movement patterns and correcting misalignments can mean the difference between winning and losing.
On our indoor and outdoor courts, the European Tennis Academy will get you ready for the season with their specially-crafted training methods. Teams can choose their own particular training programmes; the courses take place in groups of four participants to a court, or five to eight participants on two courts.
Our courses take place in groups of 4 and with one ETA trainer in one tennis court or with 5 to 8 participants on two courts. The price increases by 25% per person in the case of only 3 participants. Where there are 2 or 1 participants, the course price will be converted into private lessons.
