Tennis Retreat (6 days) from 1570€

The focus of Hotel Post Bezau’s Tennis Retreat is a healthy and protein-rich diet. In order to achieve the best results, guests have the option to indulge in the restaurant's food menues and juice bar offerings. This keeps the metabolism stimulated and energy levels high. As a common thread in every retreat at Hotel Post Bezau, the emphasis on holistic body transformations breathes new life into people’s routines—whether they were fuelled by physical exercise before or not.

The package includes:

  • 6 overnight stays with Irma Signature Cuisine
  • 8 h Mental Match Play training session for 4 people
  • Players Package
  • Free use of the tennis courts as available
  • 1x Susanne Kaufmann™ incense lotion
  • Participation in the activity programme

Our courses take place in groups of 4 and with one ETA trainer in one tennis court. The price increases by 25% per person in the case of only 3 participants. Where there are 2 or 1 participants, the course price will be converted into private lessons.
