The Whole Body Method Retreat offers four intensive days of movement with a focus on intelligent strength and weight training, Power Vinyasa Yoga with Pilates elements, targeted core training, and in-depth input on holistic health, nutrition, lifestyle and mental balance – combined with plenty of energy, lightness and regeneration.
The retreat is designed and led by sisters Mateja and Martina Mikusic, bringing together their individual expertise into one holistic concept. While Mateja, an experienced yoga, Pilates and functional training instructor, guides the powerful and precisely structured movement sessions, Martina, a certified nutritionist, complements the retreat with profound knowledge on nutrition, regeneration and sustainable health.
The retreat program combines dynamic activation with mindful bodywork and sustainable muscle development. Power Vinyasa sessions with integrated Pilates sequences enhance mobility, stability and mental clarity. Functional weight training strengthens the entire body, supports muscle definition and builds strength with clean technique and individual guidance. The focused Pilates sessions deepen core stability, posture and muscle tone – conscious, controlled and effective.
The movement program is complemented by two masterclasses led by Martina Mikusic. Topics such as “Body, Lifestyle & Mental Health” and “Nutrition for Healing, Regeneration & Balance” provide valuable insights into the connection between the physical and mental level – with the aim of experiencing health as nourishing rather than as an obligation. A personal 1:1 follow-up session supports the sustainable integration of the retreat experience into everyday life.
Accompanied by wholesome, detoxifying cuisine and the peaceful atmosphere of the Bregenzerwald, this retreat creates a space that builds strength, fosters self-confidence and makes wellbeing feel effortless.
The The Whole Body Method Retreat is designed for all participants who wish to learn — or rediscover — how to experience nature, body shaping, and nutrition as a joyful and sustainable part of everyday life amidst the powerful landscape of the Bregenzerwald. It invites you to rediscover or deepen your vitality and to grow step by step into a self-determined, vibrant glow — free from pressure or obligation.
The retreat is held bilingually in German and English.
The Whole Body Method Retreat includes:
- 3 nights including Post Bezau Detox Cuisine (breakfast, lunch and dinner)
- 7 curated movement sessions with Mateja Mikusic: Power Vinyasa Yoga with Pilates elements, Functional Weight Training & Pilates
- 2 in-depth masterclasses with Martina Mikusic on holistic health, lifestyle & nutrition
- 1 personal 1:1 follow-up session via Zoom after the retreat
- Use of the bathhouse and gym facilities at your leisure as well as complimentary participation in the hotel’s activity program (Yoga, Qi Gong, Labs, Walks and more)

- 14:00 – 16:00 → Masterclass: Body, Lifestyle & Mental Health (holistic insights into physical & mental wellbeing)
- 17:00 – 18:00 → Pilates with Mateja (core stability, posture, controlled & effective movements)

- 11:00 – 12:00 → Functional Weight Training (progressive strength training, body definition, individual guidance)

- 14:00 – 16:00 → Masterclass: Nutrition for Healing, Regeneration & Balance (practical strategies for lasting vitality)
- 17:00 – 18:00 → Pilates with Mateja (toning, body awareness, elegance in movement)
