Depending on their package, guests are asked to select between three menus: Irma’s Signature Cuisine, Detox Cuisine, and Weight Management Cuisine. In food labs, culinary experts share their insights and knowledge, focus on meal preparation, and elaborate on the restaurant’s offerings.
As the title indicates, Irma’s Signature is inspired by a special character, Susanne Kaufmann’s late grandmother, Irma Natter. The menu reflects the family’s long-established notion of convivial dining, one that is unique to the Bregenzerwald where the reliance on available resources defines a dish. The creations? Potato soup, pearl barley risotto, braised beef shoulder or fried onion mousseline - to name but a few.
The natural diversity of the Bregenzerwald inspires every dish of the detox cuisine at the Hotel Post Bezau by Susanne Kaufmann. To accelerate the process of detoxifying organs such as the liver, kidneys and skin during the treatment, the Detox Cuisine was developed on the basis of Traditional Chinese Medicine.
With the weight management menu, a calorie-reduced diet helps to boost metabolism, successfully break down fat aiding weight loss in a healthy and sustainable way. At the same time, this diet protects the body from acidosis and toxins and still sufficiently supplied with vital substances.
