Successful training weeks with the European Tennis Academy

The tennis camp weeks at Hotel Post Bezau are oriented specifically towards young people between the ages of 10 and 16 with tournament experience and the desire to improve their game. The trainers of the European Tennis Academy will provide all-day professional supervision of the children and adolescents. The training is specially adapted for the physical and mental needs of the young people. With over 20 years of experience in holding youth camps, we have found the perfect partner in the European Tennis Academy.


490 euros per child/adolescent incl. lunch (without overnight stay)

Who can participate?

Tournament newcomers and juniors with 3 - 5 years of tournament experience aged between 10 to 16 years. Here the children will learn what professional tennis training for development looks like. Every young person should have the chance to become the best possible tennis player in accordance with their own potential. That’s why we offer personalised tennis and athletics training for tennis-keen youngsters with our Tennis Camp for Juniors programme.

What does the programme look like? 

  • Morning: jogging, match training with concentration aids, video, mental match play - coach yourself, the right warm-up for training and matches, stretching - what needs to be considered?
  • Afternoon: professional warm-up, tournament match every day, Friday Davis Cup, diverse framework programme, coordination, conditioning and speed training - with the adequate endurance and flexibility, even intensive rallies are no problem, video analysis
