Bettina’s yoga practice encompasses active relaxation, meditation, and inner balance. Powerful asanas here have the impact of a workout. Flowing movements and dynamic muscle-building sequences interchange with calmer vinyasas and stretching. In the process, breathing, movement and consciousness become one.
Bettina is a certified Lu Jong teacher, a style of Tibetan healing yoga. Since 2002 she has been leading week-long courses and intensive seminars in Hamburg, throughout Germany, as well as in Austria. Bettina also runs energy coaching sessions for adults and children.
