In her new retreat, Anna Posch is breaking new ground by combining powerful yoga, dynamic Pilates, and targeted elements of strength training into a modern, holistic training concept. The program is designed for (more) advanced participants and creates an intensive connection between strength, stability, mobility, and body awareness. It is a retreat for everyone who wants to deepen their practice, gain new inspiration, and continue developing both physically and mentally.

MIA Yoga & Pilates

The Define & Strength Retreat is a holistic programme that combines MIA Yoga & Pilates elements and also focuses on mental health. MIA – short for Myofascial Integrated Alignment – is a style of Vinyasa yoga that focusses on the body as a whole. This modern, dynamic approach looks at the fascia in order to feel better and more flexible all round. The Pilates elements strengthen and define your muscles, while meditative and spiritual sessions help you to recharge your batteries.
