This programme for (more) advanced practitioners creates the perfect connection for body and mind by bringing together the benefits of both disciplines. With a special, protein-rich yoga cuisine and treatments at the Susanne Kaufmann Spa Bezau, we have developed a holistic retreat.
About Anna
The Define & Strength Retreat is a holistic programme that combines MIA Yoga & Pilates elements and also focuses on mental health. MIA – short for Myofascial Integrated Alignment – is a style of Vinyasa yoga that focusses on the body as a whole. This modern, dynamic approach looks at the fascia in order to feel better and more flexible all round. The Pilates elements strengthen and define your muscles, while meditative and spiritual sessions help you to recharge your batteries.
