Mateja is a certified expert with over 1,000 hours of training and many years of experience in holistic movement practice. In her retreats, she blends profound expertise with an empathetic and motivating approach, meeting people exactly where they are.

Her method focuses on sustainable strength, mobility and body awareness — without pressure, self-optimization or extreme training.

The Whole Body Method Retreat with Martina Mikusic complements the physical program with a holistic approach to nutrition, regeneration, and mental balance. Martina is a certified nutritionist, specializing in individualized, sustainable health concepts that connect body, mind, and lifestyle. In her masterclasses, she shares in-depth knowledge in a practical and accessible way, always with an empathetic and motivating approach.

Her method emphasizes experiencing health as nourishing and empowering — without pressure, diet rules, or rigid restrictions. Martina shows how to integrate nutrition and lifestyle into daily life so that vitality, balance, and wellbeing are felt in the long term.
