Body Shaping Programme (5 nights)

The effective body shaping concept forms the basis for a lasting change in weight and size, detoxification of the connective tissue, and rejuvenation of the body silhouette. Tailor-made treatments from Susanne Kaufmann's body shaping concept, an individual nutrition programme and targeted exercise are the most important steps on the way to your dream body. The treatments developed by Susanne Kaufmann Spa and therapist Sicco Schwenzfeger are based on the latest medical findings in lymphology and myofascial therapy.

The programme includes:

  • 5 overnight stays with Weight Management Cuisine (breakfast, lunch, dinner)
  • Meet & Greet lunch with Sicco Schwenzfeger on the arrival day
  • Daily a can of nettle tea
  • Taking of circumference measurements before and after the retreat
  • 5 x lymph drainage for detoxification (55 min)
  • 5 x apparative lymph drainage in the Ballancer system
  • 5 x body rejuvenation wrap with facial lymph drainage (45 min)
  • 1 x detox oil scrub (50 min)
  • Talk about nutrition
  • Medical talk about lymph drainage and cellulite as well as tips and recommendations for at home
  • 2 pair function tights
  • Use of the bathhouse and fitness room at your convenience and free participation in the in-house activity programme (yoga, qigong, labs, walks, and much more)
  • Guest-Card Bregenzerwald (free use of public buses and cable cars, open-air swimming pools, and other benefits, from 3 nights, between 1 May and 31 October)
