How Does Sleep Support the Retreat?
Restful sleep is essential for radiant skin. That’s why we support you with a specially designed evening ritual: a warm foot bath with alkaline salts promotes relaxation and enhances nighttime detoxification. In your room, you will also find a pillow menu from Himmelgrün, allowing you to choose individually, including herbal pillows sourced from the Bregenzerwald, providing extra comfort and optimal regeneration.
All rooms feature a balcony, and the clear alpine air of the Bregenzerwald supports your body’s natural restorative processes, allowing it to work at its best throughout the night.
