While you are sleeping, your body tries to recover and restore itself. Crucial detoxification and elimination processes are also taking place when you are dreaming away at night. Here at the Hotel Post Bezau by Susanne Kaufmann, we place special attention on the beds in our Samina Detox Sleep Rooms. Seventeen of our rooms are equipped with the Samina sleep system.
Sleep: At all of our retreats, it is important that you sleep well if your stay with us is to be a real success. We provide the infrastructure required to make this happen in the form of beds, mattresses, and mattress toppers, which are made of natural materials and comply with the highest orthopedic standards. We also add breathing exercises, relaxing yoga sessions, treatments like reflexology massages, footbaths, and light evening meals to help you get a good night’s sleep.
Bed: In our 17 Samina Detox Sleep Rooms, you are treated to a sleep system based on the latest sleep research findings. A double-sided, free-floating slat frame made of highly elastic ash sits in a wooden bed base that is completely free from metal. Every last movement of the body is absorbed, leaving the spine and discs to regenerate as effectively as possible. You will find that your sleep is deeper and of a better quality overall as a result. Mattresses made from natural rubber boost microcirculation and release the fasciae. Mattress toppers, pillows, and duvets made with bioactive sheep’s wool help to purify and detoxify the skin. Samina beds can also be adjusted so you can sleep at a slightly inclined position of three to five degrees. This stimulates blood and lymphatic circulation as well as opening the airways and keeping them open, so as to supply the whole body with as much oxygen as possible while you are sleeping.
Surroundings: All 17 Samina Detox Sleep Rooms have Susanne Kaufmann Alkali Salt deacidifying waiting for you, so you can add it to a warm bath or footbath before bed. Relaxing your feet and clearing your mind are great ways to start winding down slowly and preparing your body for rest at nighttime. Plus, we switch our Wi-Fi off between midnight and 6 a.m., so there is no chance of your peace being shattered.
