Detox Programme (10 nights)

The body is a master at utilising useful substances and eliminating harmful ones. However, this natural detoxification process is made more difficult by many things that characterise the everyday lives of many people today: stress, an unbalanced diet, too little exercise. In this case, it can help to return to the things that are good for us and thus support the body in its processes. In our detox retreats, this means a return to natural, healthy foods, sufficient exercise with a focus on conscious breathing and perhaps the most important aspect: sufficient rest, relaxation, and sleep. All the components of our detox retreats are designed to stimulate your metabolism and detoxification and provide you with as many helpful tools as possible that you can integrate into your everyday life at home after your retreat. The 10-night programme supports you and your body in an intensive cleansing and a real reboot.
