Whether we are walking, running, or standing: The around 140 joints in our body keep us mobile throughout our lives. This retreat is all about nourishing these joints, fascia, and building up the muscles that support and stabilise our joints – paired with music, a beautiful flow, and deeply regenerating sequences for a bit of lightness.
Kristin Rübesamen has been teaching yoga classes for more than 25 years and is one of the best-known and most experienced yoga teachers in Germany. Her style is challenging and undogmatic, her flow creative, her meditations touching, and her music legendary. Her programme is suitable for yogis of all levels.
8:00 - 8:30 am Meditation & Pranayama (Cleansing breathwork and mindful start to the day)
from 8:30 am Detox breakfast (in silentio)
10:30 am - 11:45 am Yoga session
from 12:00 noon Detox lunch
4:30 pm - 6:00 pm Yoga & Dance session
6:30 pm Detox dinner
