Each dish in our detox cuisine is inspired by the natural diversity of the Bregenzerwald and developed based on Traditional Chinese Medicine. The goal is to optimally support the detoxification of organs such as the liver, kidneys, and skin during your stay.

Morning, noon, and evening, you can enjoy a carefully balanced detox menu – with optional fish or meat – complemented by freshly pressed fruit and vegetable juices in the afternoon for an extra energy boost. Executive Chef Dennis Kellner ensures the highest quality, creativity, and mindfulness in every dish.

What treatments await you?

The treatments

Specially developed treatment techniques and carefully selected active ingredient products from Susanne Kaufmann Cosmetics effectively support the detox program. These include full-body treatments, exfoliations, wraps, and lymphatic drainage in our Susanne Kaufmann Spa Bezau. The elimination of toxins through the skin is stimulated, and overall energy flow is enhanced.

How Does Sleep Support Detoxification?

Restorative sleep is essential for a successful detox. That’s why we support you with a specially designed evening ritual: a warm foot bath with alkaline salts promotes relaxation and enhances nighttime detoxification. In your room, you will also find a customizable pillow menu from Himmelgrün, including herbal pillows sourced from the Bregenzerwald, providing extra comfort and optimal regeneration.

All rooms feature a balcony, and the fresh alpine air of the Bregenzerwald supports the body’s natural recovery process, allowing it to work at full capacity throughout the night.

 

 

How to stay active during the Detox Retreat?

Movement

During the retreat, the body stays active as well: the fresh mountain air, the surroundings of the Bregenzerwald, and our weekly rotating activity program all support the detoxification process. Yoga, Qi Gong, and guided nature walks promote energy circulation and harmonize body and mind, leaving you feeling fully energized and balanced.
