Mental Health & Wellbeing Retreat with Anna Rampf (3 nights) from 1250 €

Following the first YOLIE Feel Good Retreat at POST BEZAU at the beginning of 2024, our Mental Health & Wellbeing Retreat in November will focus on ways to support and strengthen mental well-being.

In addition to organising a wonderful time together, good conversations and individual relaxation time, this retreat will focus on ways to promote our mental health. In addition to experiences on the yoga mat, practical exercises (yoga, meditation and mindfulness) and sharing in the group, we will be introduced to the world of health prevention and support through healing food. The focus here is particularly on our intestinal health. How we feel mentally is closely linked to our gut - science is now even talking about the "gut brain". Valuable insights, recipes and a cooking workshop will accompany us in addition to our daily programme of yoga and meditation sessions.

Participants who come into contact with Strala Yoga for the first time are given the necessary technical and methodological background to feel confident in trying out and experiencing yoga on the yoga mat.

The POST BEZAU offer accompanies the programme for a holistic approach to well-being. The Detox Cuisine emphasises the focus on intestinal health and the regeneration of the metabolism.
