Our approach is holistic and deeply restorative: activation through movement, regulation of the nervous system, nutrition supporting liver and gut health, and rituals for sleep and regeneration.
The “A New Era of ME” retreat invites you to unwind in an inspiring environment and connect with like-minded people. Reducing stress and building resilience are essential to health and vitality – especially in times of change. Through a carefully curated blend of Jivamukti Yoga & Mobility, Meditation, Breathwork & Aromacare, and Journaling (with coaching impulses), complemented by sauna rituals, winter landscapes, detox cuisine, and restorative sleep, this short retreat becomes a full-body renewal – a reliable recharge station for body, mind, and skin.
Each day begins with a clear, nurturing routine that can easily be continued at home – a foundation for a healthy and balanced 2026: Hydration & the Big 6 Lymph Reset (Dr. Perry) activate lymph flow and metabolism. A LED red-light meditation calms the nervous system and supports regeneration. The following Gua Sha massage for face and décolleté promotes circulation, lymphatic drainage, and a natural glow. The morning concludes with short chanting and guided journaling for focus and clear daily – and yearly – intention.
The result. noticeable lightness, inner calm, natural radiance, and mental clarity – as a sustainable routine you can carry into everyday life.
Who is this retreat for? This retreat is designed for anyone seeking a conscious time-out – solo or as a couple – who values preventive self-care, wants to reduce stress, and begin 2026 with calm, structure, and renewed energy. Previous yoga experience is recommended, but all levels are welcome.
