Yoga and Pilates – two disciplines with unique strengths – complement each other beautifully and create a balanced practice that promotes strength, flexibility, and mindfulness. Yoga's focus on breathing, mindfulness, and flowing movements harmonises perfectly with the core-centred muscle building and precision of Pilates. The result is a workout that builds both mental and physical resilience.
Each 'Yoga meets Pilates' session combines dynamic yoga practices with the targeted exercises of Pilates training. Breath control, which plays a central role in both disciplines, deepens body awareness and promotes calm, centred thinking. This combination is suitable for anyone who wants to improve their flexibility, strengthen their core, or simply find better balance and more inner peace.
Paired with a protein-rich diet during the retreat and targeted treatments at the Susanne Kaufmann Spa at POST BEZAU, we created a holistic retreat.
The programme is more suitable for people with previous knowledge of yoga and Pilates.
